We absolutely love The Charles! The apartments are incredibly nice and the staff and maintenance team are all very kind and helpful, and the property is quiet and in a beautiful part of town. Would highly recommend The Charles to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Have lived at the Charles for about 7 months now and it has been the best overall experience I have had with an apartment complex in Columbus. The apartment is great, maintenance responds and fixes issues quickly, and great amenities. Also love the feeling of having a gated entry to assure that no unwanted visitors are entering after hours.

I lived here for three years and was sad to leave. The complex is beautiful and has great amenities (pool, tanning booth, gym, golf simulator, walking trails, etc). Any time I filed a maintenance request (probably 3-4 total) it was completed within a day or two. Upon move out, I thoroughly cleaned my unit and was not charged a cent.
