They do fun active thing was with their residents. If you email the office,they respond quickly and are very respectful. Maintenance are always so quick and helpful. Move in day people with dogs welcomed my family and my dogs. There is a pond near us to walk around with my dog .We came here also because their policy for leaving dog droppings is fantastic! Pool is great, gym is always available and so much more!

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The pool is a great escape in the summer and the gym is a great addition year round. Who doesn't want to use the fun Peloton bikes?! The clubhouse in general is absolutely gorgeous and there have been quite a few events for residents that are always a blast. The Charles truly feels like home and it has been such a great place to live! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay here in the Columbus area.

The Charles was nothing short than beautiful. On the tour we got straight to the point as far as premiums, different floor plans, and what would be included in rent. I had a lot of questions and Cara and Tiffany were extremely helpful as to they gave me an answer to all of my questions. I think the property is in a great location, and I am very pleased by the amenities. I am very excited to be moving to the Charles at Riggins Run.

My roomate & I seriously love it here. The pool & surrounding area is perfect in the summer, I have great access to trails & sidewalks for running, the peloton bikes & yoga studio in the gym are great motivators for us to workout & ive has nothing but pleasant experience with everyone on staff. Highly recommend.

I've lived in several places over the years and this place seems to fit all the needs all into one. The amenities are fantastic and the pool and grill area is awesome. I've met neighbors and made new friends. The design and space of the units is good and the leasing staff is great to interact with. I have recommend several people here and love the place!
